Solar Vacuum Tubes - free energy of the sun!
Solar vacuum tube - the main element of the solar installation. It consists of two tubes, resistance to chemical and thermal loads. The outer surface of the inner tube covered with a layer of selectively absorbing the radiation. This covered tube closed at one end, and the other end attached to the outer tube. In the space between the inner and outer tube creates a vacuum to prevent loss of heat.
Heating and hot water on the basis of solar vacuum collectors
System based on vacuum solar collectors designed for production of hot water temperature, through absorption of solar radiation, converting it into heat, accumulation and transfer to the consumer.
The system consists of two main elements:
* outdoor unit - vacuum solar collectors;
* The indoor unit - tank-heat exchanger.
Solar vacuum collector collects the solar radiation in any weather. Solar panels are installed directly on the roof of the buildings so that the most efficient use of roof area to collect energy. Collectors are mounted at any angle, from 0 to 90 degrees. The service life of vacuum collectors - at least 15 years.
Tank-heat exchanger is an automated system conversion, maintenance and conservation of heat obtained from solar energy, as well as from other sources of energy, which insure a system with insufficient quantities of solar radiation. Heated water in this way, comes from the indoor unit heat exchanger in radiator heating systems, and water from the reservoir is used for hot water.
